Nedra is a multi-million dollar producing Associate Broker, she is known as being a trusted realtor.  She is one of the top Realtors in the North Georgia and Atlanta Metropolitan area.  Nedra is a licensed real estate instructor.   She received her BA in Health Care Administration and her MBA in Marketing from Columbia Southern University.  With over three years experience in Real Estate, Nedra is one of the top producing Associate Brokers with Keller Williams Realty of Athens in Watkinsville, Georgia. 

 

Nedra began her real estate career as a credit repair coach for home buyers.  Her love for real estate grew from there.  She currently holds two additional certifications as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS).  Her team Nedra Sells & Associates was founded in 2019 and now includes six awesome realtors that Nedra mentors and provides high level, effective real estate services.  Her team is committed to providing an exceptional real estate experience by offering client-focused services and building long-lasting professional relationships.  Nedra is known for providing exclusive real estate services, she is also known as the people’s champ in real estate because she loves to work with people.  She is widely known as the veteran's realtor because she loves to work with veterans in honor of her dad who who served in the United States Air Force.
